Business Development

Job responsibilities:

  • Maintain current client relationships and identify prospective areas for potential clients.
  • Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods
  • Based on business development needs, find and explore new cooperation resources, and expand new business directions.
  • Present and promote company products, services, and solutions to current and potential Security Systems resellers and distributors.
  • As the primary liaison between the company and clients, responsibilities include but arenot limited to:

1. Continuously assess, clarify and validate customers’ needs.
2. Assist in solving high-severity issues as needed.
3. According to order status and progress, conduct sales visits, order follow-up,
customer satisfaction survey and other activity reports.
4. Manage customer service with quality checks and other follow-up measures.
5. Build trusted advisory relationships.

  • Follow up onthe sales progress and promote the referral grogram between customers.
  • Collect information about competitors' new products and services through on-site campaigns, sales opportunities, andspecial development channels. Send related data and feedback to corresponding departments.
  • Coordinate the participation and collaboration of company personnel, including sales engineers, technical support engineers, RMA personnel, accounting, logistics, product management, etc., to meet customer usage goals and service expectations.
  • Attend marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business or marketing is preferred.

2. At least 1 year of working experience in CCTV industry.

3. Excellent communication, presentation, articulation, and relationship building skills.

4. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

5. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)

6. Willing to accept short-term and long-term business trips(30% of the time).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
